1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Covenant Marriage Help website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Services Offered

Covenant Marriage Help provides:

• One-on-one marriage counselling (online and in-person)
• Pre-marital preparation sessions
• Crisis intervention and restoration counselling
• Premium online marriage courses
• Marriage resources and prayer guides

All services are provided as pastoral and educational resources, rooted in biblical principles and Christian faith.

3. Counselling Policy

• Confidentiality: All counselling sessions are confidential, subject to legal and safeguarding exceptions.
• Pastoral Note: This ministry provides faith-centred counselling. If you require secular or specialist mental health support, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional care.
• Safety: In situations involving abuse, coercion, or serious safeguarding concerns, we will take appropriate action to protect those at risk.
• Cancellation: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Course Enrollment and Access

• Upon payment, you receive lifetime access to the purchased course materials.
• Course materials are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of course content is prohibited.
• Access is granted to the purchasing individual or couple. Sharing login details is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to update course content at any time.

5. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.
• For counselling services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our courses — including text, images, videos, worksheets, and branding — is the intellectual property of Covenant Marriage Help / Reverend Sam Adeyemi. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

• All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from counselling or courses.
• This is a pastoral and educational resource, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
• Where specialist support is needed (e.g., abuse, addiction, mental health crises), we encourage seeking appropriate professional help.

8. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Use our services respectfully and honestly
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or any harmful behaviour toward staff or other users

9. Limitation of Liability

Covenant Marriage Help and Reverend Sam Adeyemi shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
